Il Residence si trova a Calabernardo (piccolo borgo nei pressi del lido di Noto) ed è a non più di 5 m da una caratteristica spiaggetta di sabbia finissima. E' composto da 2 appartamenti con ingressi indipendenti, uno a piano terra e l'altro a primo piano.

Gli appartamenti sono così composti:

Piano terra: camera matrimoniale, salottino con divano letto, cucina, bagno, terrazzo interno con tavolo e sedie da giardino, loggia esterna; posti letto 2 + 2.

Primo piano: camera matrimoniale, camera doppia, cucina, bagno, veranda sul mare con tavolo e sedie da giardino; posti letto 4.

Attrezzature: cucina completamente attrezzata con forno e congelatore, televisore, lavatrice, barbecue, ventilatori.

The Residence is at Calabernardo (small village close to Lido di Noto) and is at only 5 metres from a characteristic little sand beach. It has 2 apartments (ground floor and first floor) each with an indipendent entrance.

The description of the apartments is the following:

Ground floor apartment: 1 wedding bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, internal terrace with table and chairs, external loggia. 2 + 2 pax.

First floor apartment: 1 wedding bedroom, 1 double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, veranda on the sea with table and chairs. 4 pax.

Equipments: kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, barbecue, television, fans, washing machine
